Aod dating is a social networking service that allows members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with old and new friends. The service is operated by AOD. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether or not you register as a member (“Member”). If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members and make use of the services (the “Service”), please read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance by following the instructions in the Registration process.

1. You must be at least 20 years old to use the service at aod.dating.

By register on the site you confirm that you are 20 years or older.

AOD does not vet/screen or recommend any members and is not an introduction agency. We do not verify members backgrounds or make any warrant that profile information is accurate. By using this service you agree to take responsibility for your own actions if you choose to meet anyone from this site.

1.1 Never submit material that is or depicts illegal or objectionable conduct

Please choose carefully the information you post and share with other members. No photographs or video you post may contain nudity, violence, or offensive objects. The same applies to text, use a friendly and good attitude.

1.2 Never upload material to which you do not have rights.

Text, photos, videos, and audio file that you upload you must have rights to or the copyright holder’s written permission to publish.

1.3 Advertising

Never use aod.dating to advertise products, services or events without written permission from AOD.

1.4 Never try to hack or otherwise interfere with the purpose of the site.

When we discover attempts to damage the website and its purpose in various ways, we will track and publish the name, used email address and IP address and pass these on to organizations/companies that work against such illegal behavior.

1.5 Impersonate someone else or represent a company/organization

You are not allowed to use another persons name or saying that you represent a namegiven company or organization without there written confirmation.

1.6 Employers

People employed by AOD or any of its subsidaries are not allowed to be a member on aod.dating

1.7 Violation of these rules

Violations of these rules will be remedied with anything from appealing to prosecution.

2. Responsibility for published material

AOD has no responsibility whatsoever for what individual persons publish on the website. It is entirely under the responsibility of the publisher. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that the above rules are followed.

Information provided by other members (for example in their profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate or offensive material, products or services. AOD assumes no responsibility or liability for such material. If you see or are sent such material via aod.dating, we ask that you notify us immediately via support@aod.dating.. State when you received or saw the material and the sender and we will immediately take action. AOD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including email) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website and/or Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

3. Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions and communication with other Members. You understand that does not in any way screen its Members, nor does inquire into the backgrounds of its Members or attempt to verify the statements of its Members. makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of Members or their compatibility with any current or future Members. We do however recommend that if you choose to meet or exchange personal information with any member of the site then you should take it upon yourself to do a background check on said person. In no event AOD shall be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of this Service or persons you meet through this Service.

3.1 Forbidden interactions

You understand and agree that may review and delete all content, messages, Messenger messages, photos or profiles (collectively, “Content”) that in the sole judgment of violate this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any Member.

– You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on the Service or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.

By posting any Content to the public areas of the Website, you hereby grant to the non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, publicly perform and display such Content. This license will terminate at the time you remove such Content from the Website or notify us by email.

3.2 Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Website

The following is a partial list of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited on the Website. AOD reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes Content that:

– is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

–  involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”;

– promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

–promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another persons copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

– contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

– provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someones privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

– solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;

– involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.

– Any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends, is prohibited. It is also prohibited to upload any kind of script and code.

– You may not sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

4. Offline event

By participating in any offline event that is a result of your interaction on the site, you agree to release and hold AOD harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from your participation in any such offline event.

5. Membership

Membership is free and you is considered as a member when you have filled in the registration and it has been accepted. You will get an e-mail when your registration is accepted. This could take up to 24 hours.

As a member you could use most of the service that the web site offers, but there are exceptions, for example you have to buy and use credits to be able to send messages to other members.

5.1 Termination of membership

You can terminate your membership whenever you want, but it could take up to up to 72 hours before it get effect. Your membership will automatically terminate after one year of inactivity and your profile deleted. Note. Termination not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. 

5.2 Refund

We normally not refund any payment for credits or other paid service. If we refund we do it in credits that could be used on this website.

6. Advertisements

Advertisements and links pointing to web pages not owned by AOD may appear on our website. If you click on any of these, their data processing rules will apply. AOD cannot in any way be held responsible for this or the content on the site you be transfered to.

7. Non Commercial Use by Members.

The Website is for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by the management of AOD. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from member profiles without notice and may result in termination of membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken by for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.

7. AOD Foundation

We strongly believe in equality and community both between people and countries. That is why we have formed the AOD Foundation. 3% of the annual net profit from aod.dating goes directly to the AOD Foundation and its auxiliaries. Also the money from unused credits goes to AOD foundation when a membership at aod is terminated. All costs (office, staff and so on) for AOD Foundation are paid by AOD. The AOD Foundation decides for itself which projects it wants to start, or support, but the main work shoud be done in developing countries, disaster areas and war zones.

AOD.Dating support women in developing countries by giving them totally free access to all parts of their website. In some cases, AOD.Dating also provides financial support to people in developing countries in hope that it will give them a better and independent life.

AOD or its subsidiaries is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service provided, whether caused by users of the Website, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. AOD or its subsidiaries is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of the Service. AOD or its subsidiaries assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any user or Member communication. AOD or its subsidiaries is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any persons computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the Website and/or in connection with the Service. Under no circumstances shall be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Website or the Service or from any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the Website, whether online or offline. Governing law: The Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be are governed in accordance with Singaporean law.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the area in which we are based without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the area in which we are based.

By register as a member on this website you agree to all of the provisions contained above.
